🔵 Created VIP-119 Proposal type: Normal Proposer: Dev Team VIP-119 Payment Issuance to OpenZeppelin #### Summary This VIP will perform the following actions: * Issue payments for 2 Audits to be performed by OpenZeppelin #### Description The world's leading projects work with OpenZeppelin and so should Venus! _OpenZeppelin_ provides security products to build, automate, and operate decentralized applications. They also protect leading organizations like (Brave, AAVE, Bancor, Ethereum, Coinbase, Optimism, Compound, BitGo) to name a few by performing security audits on their systems and products. We are issuing this VIP to engage the auditing services of OpenZeppeling for two (2) of our upcoming major releases. The first audit will cover our new SwapRouter, which will allow users to Swap any assets to supply them on our markets or repay their loans in one easy transaction. This will be a significant improvement in the user experience. Users will be able to supply or repay, using any tokens supported by PancakeSwap, from the same window where they currently supply and repay tokens supported by Venus. The second audit will cover our new Oracles Smart Contracts. As Venus is the leader in this field and the first DeFi protocol to implement various simultaneous price oracles, we intend to leave nothing to chance and hope that more projects in the ecosystem will opt for such redundancy options as security and users funds should always be the priority. For the above mentioned reasons, Venus is issuing this VIP to pay OpenZeppelin the fees of these audits for the total amount of $252,450 to be paid in USDC. *Note that this sum also includes a review/revision fee of $27,000. Shall there be no need to review any changes, OpenZeppelin shall return to the Venus Treasury in full or partially any or all amounts of money not having been used to perform such reviews. Vote here 🗳
